Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads according to customer requests and menu
- Create new and innovative pastry recipes while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of all food products
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique dessert offerings
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for the right candidate. In addition, we provide opportunities for career growth and development within our expanding restaurant group.
