Sales Manager - Svalbard
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction
- Analyze data and prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas
- Participate in budget planning and ensure profitability targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
