Online English Tutor


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online English Tutor to join our team in Svalbard. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students of all ages and levels in the English language. Your main goal will be to help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive online lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and materials for online classes based on students' needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive online lessons using various teaching methods and techniques
- Provide timely feedback and assessments to students on their progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and provide recommendations for improvement
- Keep track of student attendance, lesson schedules, and progress reports
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and technologies for online learning

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with students of all ages
- Experience working with diverse groups of students, including children, adults, and non-native speakers
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Skype or Zoom
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.
