Entry-Level Baker

We are in need of a skilled and passionate Entry-Level Baker to join our team at a bakery in Svalbard. As an Entry-Level Baker, you will assist in the preparation and baking of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as a baker and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Decorate and present finished products
- Clean work area and equipment after each use
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service setting is a plus but not required
- Passion for baking and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of food safety guidelines

Salary: 1700$ per month
