Full-Time Concierge in Svalbard

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Concierge to join our team in Svalbard. As a Full-Time Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with arranging activities, transportation, and reservations for guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping
- Monitor guest feedback and make suggestions for improvement to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1400$ per month
