Part-Time Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's data and systems. This includes identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior
- Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information security trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Location: This position is based in the US, but remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Salary: $1400 per month (based on a part-time schedule)
