Freelance Content Creator

We are a growing digital media company seeking a talented and creative Freelance Content Creator to join our team. As a freelance content creator, you will be responsible for creating and curating engaging and impactful content for our various platforms including social media, website, and email newsletters. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand's voice and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, original content for our social media channels, website, and email newsletters
- Conduct research on relevant topics and trends to ensure our content is timely and relevant
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and strategies
- Monitor social media engagement and adjust content as needed to increase reach and engagement
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform content creation
- Edit and proofread all written content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a freelance writer or similar role
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred
