Heavy Equipment Operator

A reputable construction company in the United States is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes, to facilitate and complete construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Safely transport equipment to and from job sites.
- Complete daily pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks efficiently.
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations on job sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
