We are in search of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team and take on various commercial projects throughout the United States. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and vision for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, layouts, and blueprints for various commercial buildings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure design plans are executed accurately
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to evaluate potential locations for new commercial developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect, with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the United States
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per week for this position.
