Commercial Architect


We are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in the bustling city of Us. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, such as office buildings, retail centers, and hotels. Your main goal will be to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and goals for commercial projects
- Create preliminary designs and present them to clients for feedback and approval
- Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments or changes as needed
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in Us. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
