Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information
- Develop detailed plans, designs, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Liaise with contractors to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Conduct cost analysis to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience working on industrial projects preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Location:

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
