Senior Architect

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction based on client needs.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Review project proposals, contracts, and budgets to ensure feasibility.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate project timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect in the US.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
