Senior Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans, create detailed drawings and blueprints, and oversee the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with project plans and building codes
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements in order to incorporate them into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Location: US (remote or in-person)

Salary: $1600/month (based on 20 hours/week)

Note: This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architect looking for part-time work. Candidates without experience will not be considered for this role.
