Restaurant Manager
We are searching for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in the US. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus or specials
- Manage inventory levels and place orders with suppliers as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
Salary: $1700 per month.
