Job Title: Entry-Level Barista



A popular coffee shop in the bustling city of Us is seeking an Entry-Level Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by consistently following recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions customers may have
- Learn about different types of coffee, roasting processes, and latte art techniques

Requirements:
- No previous barista experience required, but must have a strong interest in the industry
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month plus tips.

Location:
Us (Preference given to candidates already located in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense)
