Executive Chef in a Fine Dining Restaurant
As an Executive Chef in our upscale fine dining restaurant located in the United States, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest level of quality and standards in all of our dishes. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative chef with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and showcase innovative and modern techniques
- Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs to ensure profitability
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu planning
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong understanding of food cost control principles
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Creativity in menu development with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1600$ per month based on experience.
