Entry Level Merchandiser

As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are displayed and promoted effectively in retail locations throughout the US. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of merchandising plans and strategies for assigned products/categories.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure products are displayed and promoted accurately.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product placement.
- Monitor inventory levels at various retail locations and make recommendations for restocking or replenishment.
- Work with store managers to ensure proper placement of displays and promotional materials.
- Use data analytics to track sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools a plus.
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
