Part-Time Land Surveyor

We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis in the United States. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land and other properties to determine boundaries, topography, and other features. This position is ideal for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of land surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect and analyze data to establish property boundaries, elevations, and other features
- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on different types of terrain

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred but not required
- Familiarity with land surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

This part-time position offers a salary of $1100 per month. The schedule will be flexible, with an average of 20 hours per week.
