Dishwasher - Part Time (US)

We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team on a part-time basis in the US. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing area. Your main duties will include washing dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required. You must also have good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment by hand or using dishwashing machinery
- Sort and stack clean dishes properly for storage or use
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Assist with cleaning other areas of the kitchen such as countertops, stovetops, and floors
- Empty trash bins regularly throughout your shift
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures is preferred
