Contract Administrator - US
We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in the US. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing contractual agreements between our company and external parties. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms with external parties
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents and related correspondence
- Communicate contract changes or updates to relevant departments within the company
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports on contract status and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract administration or related role
- Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Location:
This position is based in the US. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the country.
