Seasonal Concierge in the US


As a Seasonal Concierge in the US, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury resort. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the resort and surrounding areas
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Make recommendations for activities, dining options, and local attractions based on guest preferences
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with local area attractions and restaurants preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of $1400 per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided during your employment. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
