Part-time Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-time Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Oslo. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's network and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal efficiency
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Conduct regular backups of data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with security protocols (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month.
