Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

In this entry-level position, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities. You will work closely with clients to provide excellent customer service and ensure their technology needs are met. This is a contract position located in Oslo, Norway with a salary of 1500$ per month.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in IT support is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, knowledge of basic computer hardware and software is beneficial.

As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be interacting with clients daily to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions so strong interpersonal skills are a must. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities as you will be responsible for identifying the root causes of technical issues and finding effective solutions.
