Entry Level Computer Support Specialist

Our IT department in Oslo is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and providing excellent customer service, and will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on company systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses.
- Assist with the implementation of new technology initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity suites (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Oslo, Norway (open to all nationalities)
