Junior Python Developer


We are a rapidly growing tech start-up in Oslo, seeking a talented Junior Python Developer to join our team. As a Junior Python Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design, develop and maintain our cutting-edge software solutions. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the development of new features, as well as troubleshooting and debugging any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Python development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries (Django, Flask)
- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Norway.
