VR/AR Developer

We are seeking a talented, innovative, and experienced VR/AR Developer to join our team in Oslo. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and interactive experiences using virtual and augmented reality technologies. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge applications for a variety of platforms, including mobile, desktop, and virtual reality headsets.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop VR/AR applications using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Collaborate with designers and artists to create engaging user interfaces and realistic environments
- Optimize applications for performance on different platforms
- Integrate audio, visual, and haptic feedback into the virtual experience
- Test and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality
- Stay updated on the latest VR/AR trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in VR/AR development using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics programming concepts
- Proficiency in C++ or C# programming languages
- Experience with motion tracking technology and controllers
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for virtual environments
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-developers

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with mobile development (iOS or Android)
- Familiarity with WebGL or WebVR development
- Knowledge of game design principles
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Passion for gaming or other interactive media
