We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Teamlead to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of entry-level employees, providing guidance and support as they learn the ropes of their new profession.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of freshers, providing guidance and support as they learn their new roles
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Develop training programs to ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively
- Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback to help individuals improve and grow in their roles
- Collaborate with other Teamleads to ensure consistency in processes and procedures across teams
- Work closely with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to motivate and guide entry-level employees
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with the opportunity for extension based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it.
