As a Teamlead for Freshers in Oslo, you will be responsible for leading a team of entry-level employees and ensuring their success within the company. You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help them excel in their roles. Your main duties will include training new employees, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
