Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop models and algorithms to extract insights from the data
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Regularly monitor the accuracy and integrity of data
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
- Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Proven work experience as a data analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
