Part-Time Moderator in Oslo, Norway


We are in search of a part-time moderator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums to ensure a respectful and positive environment for all users.

Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor user-generated content on various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Foster a positive and inclusive community by promoting respectful communication
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain consistency across all platforms

Requirements:
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and forum software

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month. This position does not come with accommodation, but we are able to provide assistance with finding suitable housing. A free visa and ticket will be provided for non-residents of Norway.
