Formwork Carpenter


We are a construction company based in Oslo, seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, and dismantling formwork and scaffolding structures on our construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to blueprints and project specifications
- Construct formwork and scaffolding structures using various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete
- Install reinforcing bars and steel mesh as needed
- Ensure all structures are level, plumb, and secure
- Dismantle formwork and scaffolding once the concrete has set
- Clean and maintain all tools and equipment used on the job site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formwork Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety at all times

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or a related field preferred

Salary:
