Glazier - Glass Installation and Repair Specialist
City: Oslo, Norway



A reputable company in Oslo is seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of glass in various settings such as commercial and residential buildings, vehicles, and furniture.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to specified size and shape
- Install glass panels, windows, doors, and other structures
- Replace broken or damaged glass
- Remove old or damaged putty, sealant, and caulking before installing new glass
- Use tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and suction cups to handle glass safely
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Work with a variety of materials including laminated glass, tempered glass, and mirror

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glazier or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of different types of glass and their properties
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in glazing preferred
- Valid driver's license

Benefits:
