Contract Personal Trainer in Oslo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team on a contract basis in Oslo. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness plans for clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels and create customized workout plans
- Lead one-on-one or group training sessions, providing instruction and motivation to clients
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injury
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to help clients reach their desired results
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness goals
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques, equipment, and nutrition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- National certification in personal training is preferred
