Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
- Create schedules for staff that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
