Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Oslo. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the construction process. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Procuring materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints
- Reviewing project progress and making adjustments as needed
- Communicating with clients and providing regular updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the aptitude to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Fluent in English (Norwegian proficiency preferred)
- Valid work visa for Norway (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
