Entry-Level Welder

As an Entry-Level Welder, you will be responsible for joining and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. You will work with a team of experienced welders and receive on-the-job training to develop your skills. This is a great opportunity for someone without prior experience to enter the welding profession and gain valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Select appropriate materials and tools for each project
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Operate various welding tools, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Complete projects within given deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a basic welding course or certification preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Basic understanding of welding techniques, tools, and materials
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Salary: Starting at $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
