Part-Time Office Assistant in Oslo
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Oslo. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone looking for part-time work. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them as necessary
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare and maintain documents such as memos, reports, and invoices
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours of 20 hours per week. The specific schedule can be discussed during the interview.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
