Executive Chef


We are in search of a talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muharraq. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your culinary creativity and leadership skills will be key in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our target clientele
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Manage food costs and inventory to maintain profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create unique dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Bahraini cuisine is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation time, and potential for growth within the company.
