Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services, facilities, and packages to potential clients. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Respond to inquiries and conduct site visits with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing key accounts and source for new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway
