Concierge Assistant
We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Oslo. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the concierge with various tasks in order to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1700$. No prior experience is required for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the hotel and its services, making reservations for guests, and handling any special requests or concerns they may have during their stay. You will also assist with coordinating transportation, booking tours and activities, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge desk.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service. A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are also essential qualities for this position. Additionally, knowledge of the local area and attractions is preferred.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be required to work evenings or weekends depending on guest needs. You will report directly to the Head Concierge and work closely with other hotel staff members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of local area and attractions preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Salary: 1700$ per month. Location: Oslo, Norway. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
