IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal employees. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the security and functionality of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients and internal employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems including operating systems, applications, and drivers
- Maintain the security of our network by implementing antivirus software, firewalls, and other security measures
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Identify recurring technical issues and provide solutions to prevent them from happening in the future

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & Mac), networking protocols (TCP/IP), and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with remote desktop support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
