Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, and testing software applications using Java
- Troubleshooting and debugging code to ensure functionality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and requirements
- Maintaining and updating existing software applications
- Staying up-to-date with advancements in Java technology and implementing them in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Java development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with various software development lifecycle models
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
