Junior Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Junior Computer Support Specialist. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of computer support. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Provide remote and on-site support for clients
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance
- Document all technical support activities in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: US (preference for local candidates)
