Project Manager - Construction, Oslo, Norway



As a Project Manager for our construction team in Oslo, Norway, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of various construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and resources allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in requirements
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred

Salary: $1100 per month (without accommodation)
