As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing layouts for various printed materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers. Your duties will include selecting and arranging fonts, adjusting spacing and margins, and ensuring consistency in design elements throughout the document. You will work closely with editors, graphic designers, and printers to ensure the final product meets quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong eye for detail and be proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress. A good understanding of typography and layout principles is essential. Additionally, knowledge of printing processes and production techniques is preferred.

This position requires excellent time management skills as you will often be working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. You must also be able to take direction well and communicate effectively with team members to ensure the final product meets client expectations.

Experience with biometric passport typesetting is preferred but not required. We welcome freshers who possess the necessary skills and are eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in typesetting with a reputable company in Oslo.

Salary:
We offer a starting salary of 1000 USD per month for this full-time position. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.
