Online Consultant - Part-Time

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online platforms. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Act as an advocate for the company and promote brand awareness through positive interactions with clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant databases as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the online consulting process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate various online platforms confidently
