Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Designer to join our team in Oslo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building designs that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop plans, sketches, and blueprints, incorporating sustainable and cost-effective materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Utilize knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in design process
- Present designs to clients for feedback and make necessary revisions
- Work with contractors and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet all safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, suppliers, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
