Part-Time Moderator in Os, Norway



We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure that all content is appropriate and follows community guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities on a regular basis
- Review and approve user-generated content according to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate parties
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and engaging online community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in community guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online forums
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive topics and difficult situations professionally

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Visa sponsorship and travel expenses will be provided for non-Norwegian applicants. No prior experience is required for this role as we provide training for all new moderators.
