Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing training and guidance to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Train clients on how to effectively use computer systems and software
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field preferred
- Proven work experience as a computer support specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems (hardware, software, networks)
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Exceptional customer service abilities
