We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our company on a part-time basis in Os, Norway. As a Part-Time Finisher, you will be responsible for completing finishing tasks on various projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and priming as needed
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using various techniques (brushing, rolling, spraying)
- Ensure proper drying and curing times are followed to achieve desired results
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on finished surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Proficient in using various finishing tools and equipment (sanders, spray guns)
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under time constraints
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
